melly is having the best holidays ever! i finally know what it feels like to have a real holiday and not go back to school for cca/extra lessons etc etc. and it feels awesome. (:
highlights of my week include the S07 gathering at mel's house last friday and getting to catch up with all the lovely people, playing silly games like taboo and murderer, exchanging presents and watching xiao niang re. haha.
oh yeah and it's good to have bf back from taiwan (i think i'll just die when he goes for his overseas exchange prog haha). yum cha buffet tmr! though it's not really worth it for me to go for a buffet but i think he'll more than make up for it.
next is the stayover at costa sands chalet at downtown east with my cousins on sunday and went for macs supper at 12.30am and slept at like 4am. then we woke up at like 10am to go to wild wild wet and God was good He cleared the clouds and made the sun shine brightly so we could tan. my shoulders and face are especially red and my shoulders REALLY hurt but hey there's a price to pay for getting a nice tan. :D and it was fun screaming and shouting albeit the chilly winds (it was freezing at times) and cuts on my feet (i dunno why the ground was pretty sharp and kept cutting the soles of my feet but i was the only one :P).
then went to tong's house today and finally met up with rojaks this hols! and got to enjoy the benefits of having a friend who can drive and has his own car. first it was zoom zoom to the macs drive-thru for breakfast, then zoom zoom to golden rooster for chicken rice, then zoom zoom to cine for a movie and finally zoom zoom home. thanks tong! haha. and it was hilarious watching nan sing at the guitar hero world tour. hahaha.
after a pretty bad sem in uni, i really thank God for such blessed hols. (:
and i've finally convinced myself it's no use stressing over grades. not everyone can be the best. so as long as i do my best, i'm proud of it. (:
i'm feeling so happy now yay.
